Satsang; Being in the Company of Truth

Satsang is a composite of two Sanskrit words.

Sat  -   Truth
Sanga  -   Refuge or Community.

Satsang literally means “Being in the Company of Truth” or “True or Right Relationship”.
The term Satsang is most commonly used to refer to the physical time one spends in the Presence of a Wise person.

Ultimately, Satsang is the Conscious adherence in the Divine Reality or one’s Original Nature.
Satsang is the Enlightened Relationship with the Inherent Nature, or Being, of every human, animal, plant and world.

Satsang is Communion with the Un-obstructed Conscious Force of Life-Itself.

Being with the Spiritual Master is referred to as Satsang.

The Adept Spiritual Master is often referred to as Guru.
The term Guru comes from the joining of two contrasting Sanskrit words meaning “darkness” and “light”.  The Guru Functions to instruct, turn, attract, or lead people from “darkness”  (un-enlightened living, or no self-understanding) into “light” (Enlightened Living, or Self-Understanding).
The Guru, in Truth, is the Function of the Adept Spiritual Master.

Formal Satsang with Sri Bhagavan YanchiGuruji is currently offered in New Plymouth and Wellington. Please refer to the calendar for dates, venues and contact details.
